From Dowland to Salamone Rossi: The Lovekyn Consort play lute solos and Italian trios

Performers: William Summers - Recorder, Flute; Eleanor Harrison - Violin; Stephen Carpenter - Lute, Theorbo, Guitar
This concert will start with a solo recital of Elizabethan lute music by Stephen Carpenter. After the interval - where drinks and food will be served - the Consort will play trios from early 17th.-century Italy by Salomone Rossi, Marini and Uccelini.
