A concert to mark the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Purcell Society. Composers included will include Purcell, Blow, Froberger and Louis Couperin.
Yat-Soon returns to Garrick's Temple with a programme explaining and introducing the music of Henry Purcell, his contemporaries and its legacy.
As ever, no prior knowledge of this music is necessary: anyone able and willing to listen is welcome to attend. Advance booking is cheaper [£14; £8] and recommended for this small venue, although admission at the door is also possible [£16]. Tickets are available HERE.
