Orlando Gibbons anniversary concert [Esher]

As part of The Silver Swan festival this year, celebrating the 400th anniversary of the death of Orlando Gibbons [1583 - 1625], the Green Leaves recorder consort will perform fantasias and madrigals by the composer, together with music by his collaborator William Byrd [c.1540 - 1623].
The venue is St George's church in Esher, which was originally built in 1540, and admission is free - with a retiring collection.
