The first of two concerts which Follia are giving in the summer concert series at the beautiful Christopher Wren church near Monument. Both programmes celebrate the 250th anniversary of the death of Georg Philipp Telemann with one of the Paris Quartets by Telemann, framed by a major chamber work by two of his great contemporaries: a trio sonata by Johann Sebastian Bach and one of the Pieces de Clavecin en Concerts by Jean-Philippe Rameau.
